What to expect at your first visit?
Your first visit will consist of a thorough examination, an in-depth review of your orthodontic issues, treatment timing, and discussion of potential treatment options. This is an important appointment that gives us insight into your orthodontic needs. It allows us to work together to address questions such as:

What treatments will be used to correct the issues?

Is the treatment needed now or should it be delayed for appropriate growth?

How long will treatment take?

How much will treatment cost?
The goal is for our patients to have a clear understanding of their orthodontic treatment plan and their options.
What should you bring?
Please assist us by bringing the following at the first visit:

Any panoramic X-ray taken within the past year.

Your dental insurance card. As a courtesy, we can submit a claim on your behalf should you have orthodontic benefits.
Please expect to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out our Health History Form. Copies of the forms can also be found below, please feel free to print, complete and bring these to your appointment.
