What is the right age for orthodontic treatment?There is no "right" age, anyone can be evaluated for orthodontic treatment. According to the American Association of Orthodontics, children should have an orthodontic evaluation no later that the age of 7 years old. Timing is decided by the person's development. Some patients may require only tooth movement, while other may need assistance in jaw growth. It is best to consult with an orthodontist to determine the ideal time for treatment.

Is Orthodontic Treatment just cosmetic?There is a lot to orthodontic treatment! An improved appearance is an apparent result. Additionally, when teeth and jaws are in ideal position, it means biting, chewing, speaking are enhanced too!

How long will the treatment last?Treatment depends on each patient's specific dental needs. Generally, treatment lasts between 6 months to 30 months, but varies greatly based on the person's complexity, needs, and personal treatment objectives.
